How the Year Unfolds
A structured rhythm, over twelve months.
Twice-monthly one-on-one sessions
Two 30-minute mentorship sessions every month with your assigned mentor. Reviewing progress, addressing challenges, planning next steps.
Quarterly three-way reviews
A 30-minute quarterly review with parents, you and your mentor — so the people supporting you are part of the conversation, not outside it.
