Law School Mentors was founded by a team of legal professionals who have themselves lived this journey. We have navigated India's highly competitive law school admissions landscape, secured places and full scholarships at some of the world's most prestigious universities, and built international legal careers across India, the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe and Singapore.
This is not a coincidence. The structured, expert, honest guidance available to most Indian law students remains woefully inadequate — even as the volume of unfiltered information online grows by the day. Students who have just cleared CLAT are unsure whether to opt for a high-ranked private law college or a National Law School based on their score. Students in law school frequently do not know which internships to pursue, which moot courts carry real weight, or how early to begin planning for postgraduate study abroad.
Families making large financial investments in overseas education are often left navigating complex admissions processes without any reliable, personalised support. The absence of structured mentorship has contributed measurably to anxiety and career uncertainty among our law graduates.
We built Law School Mentors to address each of these gaps — not with a generic, one-size-fits-all programme, but with a bespoke, relationship-driven mentorship model that walks alongside students at every stage of their legal education.
We are acutely aware that the global legal landscape is shifting. Recent political and policy changes in the United Kingdom and the United States have prompted a growing number of students to explore leading institutions across continental Europe — particularly in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden — as well as in Singapore and Australia. Our mentors have direct, on-the-ground experience with these destinations and offer guidance that goes well beyond what any online resource or generic consultancy can provide.
Our intake is intentionally limited. We work with a maximum of ten students per programme each year, because we believe deeply in quality over quantity. When you work with us, you are not a number in a cohort — you are an individual with a unique story, and our job is to help you tell it in the most compelling way possible.
